On September 12, 2021 we return to in-person worship gatherings with our 185th Homecoming Celebration. To ensure our time together is pleasant and safe for all we have some important information to share.
For the health and safety of our members, families, and guests, and for contact tracing purposes upon arriving for worship everyone will be required to complete a COVID-19 health screening questionnaire. You may download, print, sign and date this document and bring it with you to worship service or complete it upon check-in at the church. Also, please note that masks are required to be properly worn throughout your time in the facility.
